Lenovo G50-45 model 80E3

Hello. Recently i have a problel with my laptop. So, today i have poweder my laptop and it's powered but stay 5 seconds and shut down automatically. I press the powe buton again, it's powering again and show black screen (the screen don't powering).  Again stay 5-6 seconds and then it's restarting automatically and then booting up normally. 

 

Where is the problem? 

A solution for this problem please!!! 

I have maked upgrade to bios but i don't have problems with it. This problem is recently appear Smiley Sad . A solution for this problem please!!!

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.


Make sure that the unit is on charge.

 

Try to turn it off, and then turn it back on again, but this time use the NOVO button, this should get you into the recovery menu, see if the unit still turns off after this.

 

 

 If these steps do not work and the unit is still powering off every time, I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers

The NOVO button not working... ii pres it but it going me to windows... another solution please?

If your novo button is not working, it sounds like the recovery partition has been compromised. This may be from several factors, including hardware issues.

If you do not have recover media, contact Lenovo Support by phone to order the proper set for your computer. Once you have them in hand, run the recover software to re-install the OS and software as it was shipped from the factory.

Once installed, it should return you to the Windows OS that came with the notebook when you purchased it. Be careful not to perform a "fresh install" of any Operating Systems as doing so will usually wipe out the recovery partition.
