Lenovo G50-70 BIOS clear CMOS

How to drop the password in BIOS?
Or how to drop all adjustments together with the password?

Re: Lenovo G50-70 BIOS clear CMOS

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

I assume that you are referring to the password needed to enter the BIOS Setup?  If this is correct then there is no master password, back door or CMOS clearing procedure that will remove that kind of password.  This strict policy is due to the ease in which laptops are stolen.   To resolve the issue you have basically two options.  The first is to try and remember the password you used.  Please keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive and you may have use upper and lower case characters.  The second option is to replace the motherboard.
