Lenovo G50-70 Bootloop, BSOD, after OneKeyRecovery

Hi, I have a problem with my Lenovo G50-70.

It started yesterday by getting really slow that the mouse cursor would even respond in a massive delay. The computer restarted to and put me into several attempts of Scanning and Repairing Drives "C://" "/?//SystemPartition". After that I got stuck into a bootloop. Normally what I've seen from other users, they are able to see "Diagnosing" but mines was just a black screen with white cursor after the "Preparing Automatic Repair".

I've done System Recovery through Lenovo OneKeyRecovery, but now its just stuck on to Lenovo splash screen with loading dots. I've observed it for several minutes and it got into a BSOD but I wasn't able to see the stop code. It happened so fast.

Any Ideas how I can troubleshoot this?

Thanks in Advance.

Eligio

Re: Lenovo G50-70 Bootloop, BSOD, after OneKeyRecovery

Update:

I was able to get to Diagnosing Your PC after waiting for an hour. I tried resetting pc, enter safe mode, but none of these were successful getting me past through this boot.

Im patiently waiting for troubleshooting ideas

Re: Lenovo G50-70 Bootloop, BSOD, after OneKeyRecovery

Hello Eligio

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.

Is the unit just stick in boot loop?

If so, Try a static discharge for this, it may help to resolve the issue or at least get rid of any built up static on the motherboard.

(If the battery is internal, please just skip the remove/replace battery steps.)
1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal

If these steps do not work I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
