Lenovo G50-70 Turns off while playing game in charger plugged in

I am facing a problem while playing any game on charger plugged in mode my laptop Lenovo G50-70 turns off and when I play the same game on battery mode it run flawlessly. Please help me out. It's so irritating because battery drains out in 1 hour.

Hi rajnish06429 , 

 

Greetings. 

 

You can try checking on the adapter integrity first (page21) or if another adapter works.

See if changing the power option to full performance would help. 

 

If same issue, then it would be better calling in technical support for needed service.

Hey, thanks for responding. I contacted in service center and they replaced my motherboard. And it's working flawless. Thanks that i had my laptop warranty as 3 year or else it would cost be alot for replacing new motherboard. I am able to play game again.
