Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would the same flickering happen in the BIOS specially when you try to move the lid in different angles or tapping it from front to back?
Try to connect an external monitor and run the games to isolate if the same screen flickering happens.
Update us how it goes.

Thank you for that, have tried what you suggested, what a mission finding a cable for my laptop. Unfortunatly it has not made a difference. I watch movies etc on my screen with no issue.
I think the issue started when I upgraded to Windows 10 (64bit)
WhenI first started playing on Windows 8 I had an issue but the people from Lenovo sent me a link to download the proper graphics drivers and everything played perfectly. I think the windows 10 installation kicked that out. (is that possible).
Now I am not sure where to go as I tried downloading the drivers for windows 10 (64bit) and it told me that it was the wrong driver.
