My name is JC and I own a Lenovo G50-80 with a pre-installed Windows 8 OS.
I recently decided to downgrade to Windows 7 x64 SP1 and installed all drivers needed.
The problem I am facing is I am unable to install OneKey Optimizer, which I downloaded straight from the Support Page for Windows 7 x64.
I was presented with a series of erros, starting with "Error writing to file Lenovo.TVT.CustomerFeedbackSDK.dll."
I've attached screenshots of the error messages I encountered.
Please note that I am the Device Administrator and I ran the installer with Administrator Privillages.
I am inclined to get this straightened out because my battery does not charge more than 60% anymore due to the Conservative status I chose prior to the OS downgrade. I would like to get my battery charging to 100% again.
I am hoping to hear from you experts the soonest!

Welcome to Lenovo Community!
As I understand that you are facing issue while installing One Key Optimizer this is because to use it in Windows 7 it reequires TVSU (Thinkvantage System Update) Normally used in Thinkpad systems
Problem to your solution will be to use Lenovo Energy Manager
And then goto Battery Health & select Battery Fully-charged mode to get your battery charging to 100% again, just use the above image for you reference
* In Lenovo Energy Manager Battery Protection Mode is same as Conservation Mode
I hope the above information helps.
