Lenovo G50-80 crashing

2017-05-07, 17:40 PM

Hi, recently I've been suffering with crashes on Overwatch, I contact Blizzard support and they recommended me to look on Lenovo Energy Manager to know if it's properly configured, they said that Lenovo support could help me. The problem is I don't know how to contact Lenovo support directly that's the reason why I'm here ;). How can I look if Lenovo Energy Manager is properly configured?

Blizzard recommended me to ask if Lenovo can help me to ensure if the clockspeeds on all my hardwares are in factory default speeds (I have no idea what's clockspeeds).

Thank you

Hi there, Jpaulo                          -

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

Did issue perisit on safe mode as well ?

Also, Can you run a few tests from this link -

http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/lenovodiagnosticsolutions/tools

You should try Storage test, memory test, motherboard test, CPU test.

You could also use the System Restore feature to get your computer back the time when it worked.

Update us how it goes.
