My Lenovo G50-80, Windows 10 stops charging at 60%.
It shows that the charger is plugged in but will not charge beyond 60%. Please can someone help me resolve the problem.

You can try this.
System Tray > Lenovo Energy Management > Go to Settings > Turn OFF Conservation Mode > Remove AC adapter > Reinstall AC adapter > It should charge up to 100%.
Hope this helps!

Your in conservation mode which extends your battery life. In the tray in hidden icons you will see energy manger. Open it , click the thing opposite the 70 and after opened click on settings and turn off Conservation mode.

My G50-70 was also saying "plugged in, not charging" at 60%. After reading lots of other peoples posts on this topic, I have come to conclude that this is a FEATURE, not a problem. When the Lenovo Energy Manager is set in Conservation Mode, the software will NOT LET the battery charge past 60%. Supposedly this is to prevent battery damage if you leave your laptop plugged in all the time.
When I turned OFF Conservation Mode in the Energy Manager, my battery charged up to 100% without problem. So, if you leave your laptop plugged in all the time, place the Energy Manager in Conservation Mode. If you only plug in your laptop when charging, turn off Conservation Mode.

With Windows 10, the Lenovo Settings app may also have the Conservation Mode option.
