Just to update this older thread...... the Lenovo Settings app is no longer used with Windows 10. That app has been replaced by the Lenovo Vantage app which can be found at the Windows Store. Here is a link......

Most likely a regional issue as the link still works for me.

Worked fine in browser, but the MS Store app page that opened showed a missing content page
Man, this was a huge mess of downloading over 1 GB of files and 4 hours of installing and updating and researching why Vantage wasn't starting, JUST to get my battery to work.
That is absolutely unacceptable.
Isn't there a thinner installation that you can use to change that setting? o.o

(what the hell? I already censored myself by saying d a m n instead of more expressive (and fitting) alternatives. This forum seems to be a bit on the extra sensitive side)
It does seem to still work after uninstalling the app again.
I rebooted after uninstalling, and the battery now still says 66% and charging
