My feeling is that the power supply is causing electrical interference. The touchpad is likely connected internally via USB, which CAN (won't always of course) be susceptible to interference
I can confirm that some issue disappears when they do the following: - unplug the power supply from the laptop. - Touch a metallic part of the laptop (i.e. USB port) - place the laptop on my lap (probably earthing it as above). - touch the power supply with the hand.

Hi Shashi_Lenovo,
My touchpad also not working properly when i unplugged ac adapter and usb cable.
When i touch my charger and usb port i am get power means i feel power is running in charger.
(Sorry for my bad English, because i don't know English very well, i dont know you are understand or not understand my post. But i am know hindi u can talk me in hindi and you can call me for more questions.)
