Hi. I am on Windows 8.1. I was unable to pair my Bose Soundlink II speaker with my G50 laptop (it has always worked fine up to today) so after doing all the usual attempted fixes such as keeping my finger on the speaker's mute button/bluetooth button etc, none of which worked, I decided to remove it from my list of devices and set it up again. Unfortunately I can't now get the Bose to appear - I've tried to connect with Bluetooth and tried to add a device in the devices and printers section but it just doesn't show. I removed my other bluetooth compliant devices and they have all been discovered again and are working fine except the Bose. Uninstalled and reinstalled bluetooth drivers to no avail. I am wondering whether a system refresh is the only option but grateful for any help.

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
If you were able to pair again your other Devices to the Lenovo via Bluetooth, You might need to take the troubleshooting to the Bose Speaker.
If the battery is removable try using other battery.
Have you tried these Steps and check these indicators?
Hope this helps

Thought I should resurrect this. The problem keeps recurring. There seems to be no reason why the Bose sometimes connects and other times it doesn't. I haven't been able to connect it yesterday or today. Upgrading to Windows 10 hasn't helped either! As I said before, I have tried holding down the mute button, holding down the bluetooth button etc. I've removed the Bose again and now the laptop cannot find it to pair. Thanks
