I have Lenovo g500 core i7 ram6 ati radeon 8750 1tb hdd. It's been like a month that laptop freezes at the splash screen. I live in Iran and the laptop is made in China.
I've searched the forums and found the "battery removing, 15sec button-holding and AC Adopter pluging" solution and it worked ...
but today it's not working anymore ... I'm stuck at the splash screen for 4 hours and this is our desktop pc I'm using to post this message.
I really need my laptop! It's my life!
Please help ...

Thanks for reply ...
Your suggested solution does not work
After turning on with "NOVO" button, it stuck at the splash screen ...
I left the laptop to play guitar and after 20 minutes I saw the menu appeared
I went to the BIOS and did the reset. Nothing new happened ...
It still freezes ...
Please help me ... my laptop is my life!
My job, my projects, my researches, everything!

I understand your concern as the issue persists even after performing all the possible troubleshooting steps, the only available option is by performing OSRI (Operating System Re-Install) using OKR (One Key Recovery).
NOTE: Please backup the data in the computer before performing OSRI, as the data will be completely erased.
Hope to hear back soon

How should I supposed to backup my data when it does not boot to any of my operating systems?
(I have Windows Seven x64 and Ubuntu 13.04 x64)
or reinstall operating systems?
The boot menu does not show up.
Neither DVD Nor USB boot is impossible for booting ...

I have seen this problem of this stucking of "lenovo splash screen" at few lenovo laptops...
well its very irritating...though many of mentioned several ideas to clear it..out but it work randomly...
Infact i have a solution which works for me...several time... so here it is.
Just remove the back panel of the (lenovo g500) laptop [the are 2 screw below the battery]
There you can find CMOS Battery.
Now after removing the back panel Start the laptop.
As it shows the "lenovo Splash Screen" just unplug the CMOS battery and trun of the laptop
Now put it again(CMOS Battery) and
You Problem will be resolved.
The above procedure was just to reset the BIOS,
Hope it works.
