Hi I get the following message when I run Lenovo Solution Centre. Can someone please indicate as to what it means? Messahe is "Result code: WHD01V000-HK9A4L"

As per the error message it is stating that the Hard disk drive is in bad condition and needs to be replaced, suggest you to take the backup of your personal data and replace the drive.
If the system is under warranty I suggest you to visit nearby Authorized service center for further assistance.

Thanks Hemanth for your quick reqsponse.
I get this warning message on "SMART drive self test" only. Looks like self test is not getting started. System comes out of LSC as soon as this test start. Is there way to start this test.
I ran Hard disk diagnostic tool downloaded from Lenovo seperately too. It gave message "Cannot perform Self Test". The error code is also different from what I received when I ran LSC. This time I got Result Code:WHD01V000-HK9A4I. I am confused.
By the way I just got my hard disk changed about two weeks back as my earlier hard disk had problems. I can not imagine that my new hard also has gone bad in two weeks.
I am also appending the log part that is shown on HDD test.
