Lenovo G505 Virtualisation Technology help

My lenovo G505 laptop has an AMD A6 processor which, after researching, is compatable with VT. However, when accessing the BIOS I'm unable to find an option to enable it. Any help is much appreciated Smiley Happy

Re: Lenovo G505 Virtualisation Technology help

Check your supporting chipset, and also what drivers you have installed. Last would be to make sure you BIOS is not missing a patch that would enable VT.

There are times where a CPU would support VT but the chipset and associated drivers do not.
