Lenovo G510 amd radeon r7 m265 unrecognised/driver problems

I have a problem with my amd r7 m265 graphics card, whenever i play games i get low fps cause my lenovo g510 is using my intel graphics card instead of my amd graphics card, before i had 200+ fps in game now i barely have more than 40 fps, im on windows 8.1 (64 bit) but i had the same problem on windows 10 (64bit).

what i did so far:
1. uninstalled amd card, restart, uninstall amd software, restart, uninstalled intel card, restart, install intel drivers from lenovo support site, restart, install amd drivers from lenovo support site, i get OPAL XT 6604, doesnt get recognized by games or performance softwares.

2. same as above but amd drivers from amd site, now it shows amd r7 m265 but still doesnt get recognized by games or performance softwares.

3. same as above but installed drivers from a driver program i found online, still same problem.

4. tried multiple older/newer versions of amd catalyst software still same problem.

my next and only thing i havent tried yet is to try is installing windows 7 (64bit) and try the drivers there, please help me anyway before i do this Smiley Happy

my specs:
Intel i7-4700MQ 2.40GHz

8GB RAM

Intel HD Graphics 4600

AMD Radeon R7 M265 Series

Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
