So in the last few days ive been trying to understand a bit more about motherboards and fix my old laptop (No lights and does not turn on).
I Took the motherboard out and plugged the charger in.
I Get power from the charger and the charging port is sending power to the motherboard.
So the next place i went to is the mosfets. (PQ301, PQ302) Which seem to be the first thing that gets power after the charging port.
The first mosfet gets 19v, the second one has 19v on input and nothing on output. and from there nothing gets power.
Is The fix Just replacing the mosfet?

Welcome to the Community,
Good thing that you're able at least sort out the possible cause. However, this needs a board level repair from 3rd party technician. Officially, if the problem is with the mosfets, we replaced the Motherboard. But if you'd like to further isolate the problem, and check if replacing mosfets will fix the problem, then it would be best to get a help from the technician that is specialize when it comes to a board-level repair.
