Hi! I have a Lenovo G560 notebook, with Windows 7 64bit, and i cannot use my bluetooth device.
I have downloaded the drivers from /consumersupport.lenovo.com, i've instaled them, but the device is not working.
Also, i have downloaded the Energy Management and HotKey tools, but here everything looks ok.
In device manager the bluetooth adapter and the bluetooth enumerator seems to be installed corectly, but there are 5 items called Bluetooth Peripheral Devices that are not installed (i cannot update the driver from the list of installed drivers on my machine, and another driver doesn't exists). please see Device Manager and Fn+F5
Also, i can use no function from the tasksbar's bluetooth menu ("show bluetooth devices" returns nothing, "add a device" can not find anything, "open settings" is not working etc.).
In conclusion, i don't know what is the problem, and i strongly need help.
Also, i need a full technical datasheet for the bluetooth device (for an application that i want to develop). I searched on the technical support pages from Lenovo and Broadcom (the manufacturer of the bluetooth device) and i didn't find anything in details(only "commercial' specifications). Do you have any ideas where i can find those information?
Thanks for yours answers!
P.S Sorry for my bad english

try to remove the devices those not-installed.
restart your computer and try to re-install bluetooth drivers ( check download page )
for datasheet, take a look at the link below:

It's very possible that your laptop doesn't come with a Bluetooth device.
Can you tell us which exact model do you have?

Same problem here!
Yes I DO HAVE BLUE TOOTH! I used it recently to access the internet via my Nokia while I was in Hospital.
I want to do it again to be mobile around the office while VPN'g to my desktop.
But as the guys above, I have a list of Bluetooth Peripheral divices (4 x) that need drivers.
I have downloaded IN3BTH39WW5.exe but that did not help.
Elswhere it was suggested that I download Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 Driver but that also doesn help/work
One of them says that the Mail Client (?) is not set as the default device!
What a mess!
running Windows 7(64) Ultimate on G560 Model 20042.

I do have a BlueTooth icon down in the bar bottom right. If I click on it, it shows ao BlueToothDevices.
That gives me a creen that shows me my Nokia 06-00 but also with a yellow triagle/esclamation.
Clicking on that I get a map of the metwork Lenovo --- BT Logo --- Nokia
BELOW THAT I get Listen to audio from... and use this computer as a head set
BUT NOT what I had before of connect to the Internet.
Hope that helps pinpointing the problem!

Yes! it can't find them anywhere.
I still have the Lenovo "drive" which has a Blue Tooth folder and I downloaded the file off the Lenovo site.
At times it gets to a point where is asks "may I fix this problem" or something like that and it then does that 4 times and I end up with a window with 4 red crosses.
Weird. It worked 5 weeks ago for the few days while I was in hospital for an back op and there was no WiFi.
It is paired with my Nokia C06-00 but only for, as mentioned, sound from Nokia. If I try and attach to the Internet, it says:
Error 633: The Modem (or ) is currently in use or not configured correctly and an option to switch on logging?????
