Hello! I'm having difficulties trying to understand why does not my laptop don't accept another 2GB RAM...I mention here that I have bought the laptop with 4 GB and when I updgraded my windows the laptop stated to make a noise(a a long beep sound) and it does't wanna get into windows with his 4 GB ram only with 2GB ram plate...I u guys can help I'll appreciate it...What should I do to fix this issue?

it could be a faulty RAM-module, or slot.
can you remove the original 2 GB-module, and just use the new one you want to use for the upgrade?
let me know what it does then,
does the laptop(either CPU or motherboard) support 4 GB?
just checked, and it should work, or at least, the laptop supports 4 GB.

Yes my laptop support up to 8GB RAM
I tryied to remove the older ram plate and replace with the newer one but it gave a bluescreen...any other option?

it still could be the slot,
but i think it's faulty memory,
you should contact the shop where you bought it, or lenovo,
I hope they offer you a new 1(warranty) but i don't know
