How can i fix this? There is no memory remap option in bios and i do not use maxmemory in msconfig. Got this after installing windows 10

This normally happens in 32bit systems but you have 64bit OS, try removing the memory modules and swap them around and see whether it helps.
Could also be a faulty module(reporting wron info) similar to the problem here:http://www.howtogeek.com/forum/topic/4gb-installed-299gb-useable

You could try this but I can not guarantee that it would solve the problem but worth a try,
go to start type msconfig, go to Boot tab, click Advanced options, if the bax for Maximum memory ticked, untick it, if it's not ticked, tick it.
