I have a Lenovo G580 laptop with windows 7.
I used it for about 2 years and 1 month ago my laptop dies
the laptop does not work and does not have any sign of electric. it does not work with the AC adaptor or with the battery, so the issue was in the motherboard, i bought a new motherboard and replaced the old one with the new (used), then the laptop back to life again
but the problem is the laptop does not function with the battery, when I plugging the AC adaptor the charging lamp Lighting up and when I run the windows the battery indicator show (92% in charge) for hours and when i unplug the ac adaptor computer shuts down instantly.
Please advise .
Thank you !

Hi Abdelfattahben .
Unplug the ac charger and remove the battery . Press and hold down the power button for 6-12 seconds to power drain.
Place back the battery and plug in the charger and boot on Windows.
Open device manager and right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and select Uninstall.
Restart and if you have the same issue , uninstall Energy management and restart.
If the same issue, urn off the machine and have the ac chrger connected .
How was the status of the battery LED (seepage 30) , this should go from an amber to solid white as you have it connected to the ac charger for 2-3 hours without turning it on .
Proceed following the battery checkout guide in page 22.
Update us how things go.

Hi Abdelfattahben ,
Did you use the Lenovo part number to order it as it would be best to get it from Lenovo certified distributor. The same error appears on non BIOS recognized batteries.
Try calling in technical support if resetting BIOS defaults did not help.
