Hi stongi ,
In addition , you can start with power check out assuring integrity of both battery and ac adapter.
Was it removing the laptop battery or a coin cell cmos battery on the motherboard ?
We do have 2 symptoms that follows probable overheating issue . System normally shutdown/ restart to protect the processer for further damage cause by failure on dispensing the heat . Second is that overheating would need certain amount of time to cooldown before it can operate again.
Try turning it on without battery and harddrive .
Would the machine show any display ? Would the air vent produce warm exhaust?
Cleaning and further isolation would help determine probable points of failure .
Update us how it goes.

Thanks for the reply,
when i removed the battery and harddrive and started it, nothing happened.
but when i remove the cmos battery and place it back, and power it on, the power lights go on and off for sometime and after it displays and i use it for the entire day. but when i shut it down or restart it, and power it back on again, the power lights go on and never displays for the entire day.

Hi stongi ,
Would it not turn on the display even if you try to reseat the CMOS battery ?
Among cases that I handled with same symptoms as yours, usually is bad display chip that ensuring thermal setup helps if not reball.
You may need to have this confirmed in a service repair center.
