Lenovo G580 windows 10 dolby driver and touch pad scroll problem

Hi,

  I had upgraded my Lenovo G580 to windows 10. Everything working fine except dolby audio and touchpad scroll. Volume is too low when it is 100 and also touch pad scroll is not working. In previous version i have problem in wifi now it is working fine in windows 10. Kindly update the audio and touchpad drivers for windows 10 or give any suggestion to fix this problems.

Hi.

I had the same problem with dolby driver after updating from Win 8 to Win 8.1 some time ago.'

I've found solution over the internet. It looks like similar situation, so maybe it's gonna work for Win 10 as well.

The only thing I had to do was loading driver for older Windows version (8 instead of 8.1 in my case) and it worked fine.

how did you get the install to complete successfully?  did you use windows update or download from the w10 site?  Did you have to circumvent any failures before it worked?

Any update on the drivers? Installed Windows 10 yesterday and have the same problem with my G580 regarding the touchpad scroll.

I had that scroll problem and I gave up about it completely because when I tried to change registry value about ELAN Smart-Pad driver, whatever I changed soon became the same as before and I couldn't make them work at all.

But after I disconnected my mouce I used since I couldn't scroll with the pad, I found the driver working normally.

What I did-

To fix scroll, I've just updated MOUSE driver from device manager (online search). Than I've turned scrolling on in touchpad settings. It shows up in down right corner after update.

Dolby driver- I've installed audio driver for Windows 8 from here:

when will lenovo release the latest drivers for windows 10 ?!  It's been quiet some time now since windows 1 release.

For audio windows 8 audio driver g580 model and for touch pad u can use G50-70 touch pad driver...it's work for my g580 laptop...
