Yes, for audio downgrade your drivers to windows 8.1. Looks like Lenovo failed big time with windows 10 audio drivers.

I am appalled, I have tried everything downgrading my audio drivers to 8.1. I have gone to Microsoft who turns me back to Lenovo, and Lenovo does nothing. I just bought my son a new Lenovo G50 touch which came with windows 10. I was happy with my laptop that is why I bought another. Now I see that I made a huge mistake, what a terrible support!
The last post on this forum with the audio problems, dolby and touchpad is dated 7/21/2015. I guess they have given up since Lenovo has deaf ears to our plea. Why didn't you just make a press release stating that we should not upgrade our laptops, now we are in limbo. What is it have you figured out that the population of G580 laptops is not that big and maybe not all will upgrade to W10 so it is not worth for Lenovo to invest in developing the Audio, dolby and touchpad drivers that they need? That we will eventually get tired and buy a new one. Well you are right, I will buy a new one, but it will not be Lenovo you can bet on that!!!!
A very very pissed customer and ex-loyal fan!!!!

Hi SEAlaa,
When can we expect an update to the drivers? I have the same issues with the Auido Drivers. The volume is too low (since I have upgraded to Win 10)

I've been waiting for the touchpad driver for over a year now. I'm going to have to throw my Lenovo laptop into a dumpster fire and avoid any and all of their products in the future. Perfectly good and fast laptop rendered usless by Lenovo's refusal to update a driver.
