Lenovo G585 will not connect to Wifi

My husband's Lenovo G585 notebook will not connect to our home wifi. It appears to connect when we input the password, but then it says "Limited" instead of "Connected", and when I hover over the wireless icon it says "No internet access."  All other devices are connected to the wifi no problem including my Dell laptop, both our phones, our TV and Xbox.  When he takes the computer to his parents' house it connects no problem. How can I fix this?

Re:

Hi NMonachino, Thanks for reaching out. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this link: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-P-Y-and-Z-series/Limited-internet-connection-wifi/td-p/1477124?C....

If that doesn't work and rebooting the router doesn't help then you may want to take a look at the MAC Filtering settings on your router as it's possible that it's limiting the number computers connected to the internet. If that's enabled, follow this guide https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht078064 on how to find your MAC address and add it on the "Allow" list then observe.

Let us know if this helps out. Thanks.
