I am also facing the same issue with my lenovo B590 on windows 7 but above drivers didn't fixed my issues.

 

Please find the hardware id details and help in fixing the issue.

That is the software mini driver from Microsoft that enables SSL connections, not a WiFi driver in itself.

The right adapter to show properties from is the Realtek, Intel or other "hardware" that is listed in the device manager tree.

Your hardware is properly identified in the device manage window, and it shows as working without error.  You do however show an "Unknown Device" and that should be identified and the issue resovled first before we go further.  Please post the Hardware_ID of that device next.
