As per the query we understood that you are facing issue with touchpad not working when the system is rebooted in your Lenovo G505 laptop.
As you have mentioned that when the avast antivirus updated, the touchpad not working, try to uninstall the antivirus and check for the issue as this might due to the antivirus.
If still the same issue try update the touchpad drivers and check for the issue. Also try with other antivirus and check for the issue.
