Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
BIOS for the IdeaPads there's no such thing as advanced options for configuring the RAM and/or overclocking or anything of that sort. What you see in your BIOS is what you get, unless you venture into some complicated BIOS modding that involves showing/adding locked features, but I never heard of anyone successfully overclocking their laptop in that manner.
It's a bit more advanced in the bigger brother ThinkPad series, but that mostly involves additional security features. These are laptops, not customizable desktops.
Changing the boot order is fairly simple in the Boot section though.
