My Lenovo G40-30 suddenly blackscreen

I bought my Lenovo G40-30 2 years ago, it was working fine until it suddenly blackscreen. I don't know why the last thing i remember is the window automatically update. I tried bringing it to a repair shop and the technician just clean the memory card and its workings fine again. And now it shows Blackscreen again what should i do?

If you don't see anything, not even bios logo, try it with an external monitor, if you still don't see anything, search for how to flash bios on G40-30. There is a chance that you can't overwrite the bios on the IC. In that case, if you are familiar with electronics, you have to order the bios IC online and take your motherboard to a soldering station (if you don't have one), locate the bios IC and replace it. Also, there is a chance that your motherboard has dual-chip bios, in which case you have to change both ICs

If cleaning the memory worked, it was probably a loose socket or a memory stick going out. Usually re-seating the memory will provide a short term fix, but replacing the memory stick with a known good would be the best (most cost effective) option.

Messing around with BIOS ic chips is tricky and has a high failure rate, usually turning the notebook into a glorified paper weight or door stop...
