I was having hard disk issues with my G580, so I decided to back up my files and restore it to its factory settings using OneKey. The hard disk issues must have affected OneKey because the restoration gets stuck at 49%. I need the backup.wsi so I can put it on a flash drive and restore it from there.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Lenovo Community!
I’m sorry to hear that the OKR (One Key Recovery) is getting stuck at 49% while performing backup. If the computer is booting to windows the only available option to backup the OS (Operating System) installed in the computer is by creating the Recovery Media in a USB Flash drive. Below are the steps for the same:

Windows 8 recovery dosyasını nerden bulabilirim. Lenova fabrika ayarları tuşuna basıyorum dosya bulunamıyor.
Where can I find the Windows 8 recovery file? I press the button on the Lenova factory settings, the file is not found.

Hi, I have one key Recovery backup in external haed drive. How can I use it to restore my laptop to Factory Default. After installing Fedora Linux, system is neither booting Windows 8.1 nor One Key Recovery is working. Hidden recovery partition is still there, unmodified especially PRB_DRV.

If you installed Fedora as primary OS it will have wiped out the boot manager used by the recovery process, and may have removed files from the recovery partition. The recovery disks are meant to be used via CD/DVD not an external source. Also - did you install Fedora in "dual boot" mode, so it would pick up the Windows install?
Have you tried booting from the external drive, and if possible did it launch the recovery process?
