OKO Care helped in solving "Plugged in but not charging issue" however need to every time reboot

OKO care helped in solving charging issue of Lenovo G50-30 laptop however if charging cable is removed in between and re-inserted than laptop needs to be rebooted and power cable to be plugged in before OKO care agent in right bottom system panel (tray) becomes live. Am I missing something? Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

Thanks for reaching out.

 

What operating system are you using? 

 

It is possible that you are running into some compatiblity issues since the One key optimizer is made for Windows 8.1 and not Windows 10.

Hi Rakesh_M,

 

Thanks for the information.

 

As an alternative to using OKO you can instead use Vantage's Conservation mode to preserve the battery.
