I USED ONEKEY RECOVERY ON MY OLD G550 LAPTOP AND IT FAILED.NOW I NEED TO INSTALL MICROSOFT AGAIN BUT I DO NOT HAVE A PRODUCT KEY.I TRIED THE KEY ON THE BACK BUT IT SAYS ONLY FOR USE BY MANUFACTURER.WHAT CAN I DO ??

You may want to try and contact Microsoft support, they may be able to issue or investigate the key for you.
However, as the recovery has failed, it will likely be that something has corrupted, or perhaps a hardware fault.
I would recommend that you get in touch with your local Lenovo support for a possible repair on the unit.
