Just to verify, is this the driver that you installed?
The Wireless WAN (WWAN) driver is usually for B460 models with a WWAN card like the Gobi 2000. To verify that you have this card, can you please provide the machine type model of your unit (eg. 59-123456)
In addition, if the WWAN driver is not installed, the model of the WWAN card should show under Device Manager > Other Devices.
Let me know how it goes.

I have installed the same driver(IN6WLN03WW6) which you referred but it showed "No matched Device Driver" while configure.
My Laptop(Lenovo B460) model type number : 59-321944.

Looking at the spare parts, I'm not seing any WWAN module on the model type number: 59-321944 and this is likely the reason why you're getting the "No matched Device Driver" when installing the WWAN driver.
However, the Network Controller unknown device on the above screenshot is likely the Liteon AR9285 wireless adapter. If you're not able to connect / detect any wireless networks too, try the following:
1. Download and install these drivers:
2. Slide the physical wireless switch to ON
3. Press Fn+F5 and ensure that the Wireless Current Status is set to ON.
When finished, check if you can now detect wireless networks.
