Problem with keyboard Lenovo B575e

Hi, my notebook have problem with mousepad and keyboard, I can't use that.

I try to install windows 7 and 8 but keyboard don't work.

I try to reinstall all driver on the site but nothing appen.

The keyboard work fine on BIOS.

If i use other mouse or keyboard usb or wireless they work fine.

Can i do something to fix that?

As per the query we understood that you are facing issue with keyboard in your Lenovo B575e laptop.

 

Uninstall the keypad driver from device manager and check for the issue, as this might be issue with the operating system reinstall the operating system and check for the issue.

Thx Ashton for the answer.
I follow your advice But The keypad And touchpad don't work.
I don't Think it's a driver problem.
During And afTer any installatIon of Windows 7 or 8 when i tap a Keys nothing happen, But all work  fine on The BIOS.
Sorry for My bad English. .

Boot the system into safe mode and check for the issue, also check with onscreen keyboard.
