REALTEK RTL8723BE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC adapter is experiencing driver or hardware problems

Does anyone know if I can solve this by myself or if I need to get help?  My wireless stopped working yesterday and I'd like to try and solve the probem.  If anyone can help Id be really grateful.  Internet works fine when I plug in ethernet.

Hello greenpea,

Welcome to the Lenovo Community Forums. Have you tried the network troubleshooter by Microsoft in Windows? Here's how:

Method 1: Run the Network adapter troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

1.    Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.

2.    Select Troubleshooting.

3.     Select View all on the top left corner.

4.     Click on Network adapter.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

If so would you mind sharing what steps you have taken? We'll continue from there.
