Welcome to the Community Forums.
" neither Lenovo nor Lenovo authorized service technicians to provide any services to reset"
BIOS password is security information that only the original user that set it should be able to reset and is saved on the motherboard chip so draining power would not help reset it and would end up replacing the systemboard instead if you would not be able to recall it.
A note on our community Guidelines: "No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc, or to subvert safety measures. Take your time to recall the password you have initially use as it may be the only way to change BIOS especially if F12 boot manager failed to launch Win 7 installation.
Hope this help answer your query.
