I'm using Windows 10 64-bit system, and have used it for over a year with no problems.
This problem started kinda weird out. I was watching a movie, and I paused it to go take a smoke. I came back five minutes later and now I couldn't move the cursor from the touchpad, or barely.
I tried deleting the synaptics driver and installing the latest version quite a few times. Here's the thing though, the touchpad works without the driver, though sometimes left click, and right clicking doesn't work, however I'm still able to move the cursor. When I install the synaptics touchpad driver left click and right click works, but I am not really able to move the cursor. I can see the touchpad respons to the pressure of my fingers moving across it, but it doesn't move the cursor along the screen or only a small amount.
I have tried different prressures on the touchpad, but with no luck.
The problem occurred a few hours ago.
I recently updated my computer with the anniversary update from windows have suggest it bricked something.
I simply updated to newest BIOS version and the problem solved itself
