Supported ram voltage on Lenovo G780

Hello! I wanted to ask a question related to the following issue: I recently added 4gb of ram, they are recognized by the OS, they seem to work fine and all, but the voltage readings I get in CPU-Z are different. For one slot I get 1.5 volts, and for the other one I get 1.35. My question is if it is safe to use them like this. Does the motherbord support both voltages? I searched the internet and read the manual, but didn't found anything regarding this for the G780. I attached my readings from CPU-Z. Thanks in advance!

Re: Supported ram voltage on Lenovo G780

Hi Sergiu13!

Welcome to the Community Forums! The G780 supports both 1.5 and 1.35 voltage for RAMs, there is no issue and it is safe to use them both as the 1.35v consumes less power.

Regards,

Re: Supported ram voltage on Lenovo G780

Thank you! I finally found some screenshots with the motherboard, where it is written 1,5 v on the ram socket!and AIDA64's report says about the 1.35v something like this: 1.35/1.5. It's all good!
