I recently upgraded my PC to Windows 10 (Version 10.0.17763.134 ). I went to download drivers page and downloaded this driver for the display adaptor:
After the setup extracted the installer and the installer was run, the following error was shown:
However, I can confirm that this was the setup (Driver) that is available for my laptop, from here:
Clicking "Yes" on that dialog box redirects to Intel's site, wherein they mention this:
Why did I get this error? Your computer manufacturer customizes drivers that run Intel® components on your machine. What can I do? You should contact your computer manufacturer to get the latest driver.
Here's my laptop's specs:
Model: Lenovo G50-80E5
OS: Windows 10 x64, Latest version as on date.

Welcome to the Community,
Since your laptop is already in Windows 10, you can use the Lenovo Vantage instead. This tool will install all the drivers for your laptop, including the one that you need for your display,
