advanced bios issue

i accidently gone to debug bios menu of lenovo g500 insdyh20 rev 3.7

and change boot to intel power cycle

everytime i open laptop message show

auto reboot intel power cycle count =47200

please help

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Similar to the discussion here, perhaps you can give F9 (load defaults) then F10 (save and exit) to restore back the original BIOS configuration.

but it won't change the advanced bios menu settings

because it is stored at EPPROM 

i tried update the bios

but no luck
