Hi arthurcandido ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Did you manage to use virtualization before Windows 10 on the same laptop?
Would you have the machine number to verify the details of the model ? Check on the machine number from the sticker or check it from here ,just keep your serial number confidential.
Herewith are hardware and software requirements .
You may also use detection software like this and this to check .
Similarly going to Advance Startup> Troubleshoot> Advance Options> UEFI Firware Settings> Restart.
Choose BIOS Setup, and look under Configuration Tab for AMD SVM support . F10 to save and exit.
Update us how it goes.
Regards
