There is no way other than sending it in for service. The BIOS password is not recoverable, nor can it be easily reset. It will require a new system board be installed.
You can contact Lenovo Support by phone to verify your warranty status and also arrange for the notebook to be sent to a service depot for repair.

Thanks for your concern Actually the warranty is ended ... It's terrible to have to replace motherboard for forgetting password!! we appreciate protecting our note book , but not like that! at least it should be away to verify the notebook owner and to reset the password for him if needed!
