g50-80 cpu-z detecing second ram but bios dont

hey i installed second ram stick (2gb) and bios/windows isnt detecing it, but when i open cpu-z it is showing.i know they have different frequency but does it really matter? screenshots:

You can try to use the ram one at a time and see if the new memory works alone and boots.

 

Since there is no offered configuration option with the G50-80 BIOS, it would be best stay with the recommended ram specificationsThis would ensure stability in performance of your machine.

 

It usually clocks down to its recognized speed and usually best to consider a low voltage ram to work smoother with dual channeling.
