Hi Vinod1,

Welcome to the Forums

As per the query we understood that you are facing issue with not audio in your Lenovo B50-70 laptop.

Connect an earphone to your system right click on the speaker icon in the task bar select playback devices option and check if the earphones are visible. If yes select the earphone and make it default.

If the installed driver is Conexant then selects Conexant smart audio and select audio director under this option select multi streaming option and check for the issue.

Hope this helps. Do post back if the issue persists.

Best regards,

Hi Vinod1,

Go to control panel select Realtek HD audio management and select advance audio setting and select multi streaming mode and check for the issue. If still the issue persist then uninstall the driver and restart the system and reinstall the driver.

Click here for the driver for windows 7.

Click here for the driver for windows 8.1.

Hope this helps. Do post back if the issue persists.

Best regards,
