keyboard problems

hi, guys, I am having problems with my G575 keyboard. The left shift, t, y and backspace keys have stopped working. (I am using a downloaded virtual keyboard to type this). Is there a simple solution or do I have to get a new board?

Re: keyboard problems

Hi

Welcome to the community.

As per your concern some keys of the keypad are not working. I would suggest you to please perform the following steps.

- My Computer-> Right click-> Manage-> Device manager.
- Double click on the keyboard.
- Right click on the standard 101/102-key.
- Click uninstall.
- Reboot the system keyboard driver will install automatically and observe by typing those faulty keys whether same result or not.

If the same issue appears then keyboard needs to be replaced in the Lenovo service centre.

Regards

Sameer
