recently my laptop shows boot menu when it starts
i chooce the first option which is the HDD and then it shows black screen for a while and return back to the boot menu again and wont boot my OS . i even connect bootable usb choocing it but stilll act the same.
on the boot menu screen it has a setup section which supposed to lead to bios main menu but it requireds a pssword.
i dont know the password and neverever set one.
can please someone help me?

i've already tried your way but it didn't make any diffrence
i would like to try to contact lenovo via phone call or mail
any chance you know the support e-mail address?
in-addition some people i have asked told me that the only way to pass this problem is only by a new motherboard- is the problem are so bad that it force replacing the motherboard ?

The only way to remove a BIOS Supervisor password is to know it and enter it into the appropriate fields in the BIOS. Please see page 24 of your hardware manual: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/lenovo_g480_g485_g580_g585_g780_hmm_v1.0_english.pd...

Tnx for comment. I didnt set any password and quiet sure nobody else did
So i hope it should be some default password but in this case who is holding the password? Is it the seller or lenovo it self?

There are no default passwords.
If you did not set the password, I would recommend that you contact the seller to inquire if they might have done so.

There is no BIOS master password. If you don't know the password, or can't get it from a prior owner, the system board replacement for a fee is the only option.
