lenovo g510 stuck in logo screen

this laptop was purchase one year ago,
It stuck in the repair loop twice but it was fine after refreshing the pc.
few days ago, when i started the pc
, it just stuck in the logo screen and not even loading into windows.
what is the possible problem and any solution?

Please try to go with the (factory reset) option

 

but please note that you will lose all of your data

It is the same as OKR, but factory reset is a windows function.

If you can not get the system to boot, either using power button or OKR button (smaller, with upside down V) successfully, this may be a hard disk drive issue that has compromised the boot records.  The key here is that the system repair kicked in twice.

 

If you have a second computer with a USB hard disk drive dock (for normal and notebook drives) you may be able to remove the disk drive from your notebook and retrive your user data from it via the USB dock.

thank you, the problem is solved via OKR.
however, how can i disable my internal keyboard?
Sometimes it types ramdomly. I got usb plugin keyboard to replace it.
Everytime i uninstall it, it come back when i restart the pc.

Right Click taskbar > Properties > Toolbars tab > Unselect Touch Keyboard > Apply > OK...

This may have to be repeated, or you may have to adjust your pen and touch settings.
