Your hardware is an Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter, and requires drivers to be updated to work with Windows 10 Creators Update... If you are using an older version of Windows, you may just need to re-install the correct drivers to restore functionality. If youare using Windows 10, the Windows 10 update has bricked support for a few drivers and is causing issues with this WiFi card. I am seeing quite a few similar postings on other PC sites as well, not just Lenovo.
If you still are having issues with the WiFi card, I would try contacting Lenovo Support by phone and discuss replacement parts, possibly a different module.
