lenovo laptop system issue -Not prosseding after lenovo logo

lenovo g500 is a restarting automatically and displaying a blue with lenovo logo and than its not proceeding.

 

I am using window 7 professional with 1gb Ram and 500gb hdd.

 

please check attachment.

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

 

1- Remove the battery and the charger >> Hold on the power button for 20 seconds.

2-Connect the charger only >> Hold on the power button for 10 seconds.

3-Try to turn on the laptop.

If this occured after installing software or pulling in windows update, once the system boots, you can try to use a system restore point to "step backwards" to regain functionality.   Also - once it returns to operation status I would strongly reccomend downloading and running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free virus / malware removal tool) to make sure this is not malware related activity.
