Computer does not start

The computer is hooked up to a power bar.

When the computer power is turned on by the power bar there

is a green light on the back of the power supply that is not  very bright..

After waiiting 15 seconds the light get brighter.

Then when the power button is pushed the computer will start.

Before that it will not.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Kindly connect the system to direct power and check the issue is not there.

 

If it works fine then you should it could issue with power bar as it is not passing the complete power.
