Driver discs for a 3000 J 115?

I have a 3000 J 115 with Vista. My hard drive crashed; and I put in a new hard drive. But my computer did not come with recovery discs, so I can't access the internet to download the recovery software and drivers. This is a "catch 22" that should affect everyone with a hard drive crash--what do we do about it?  I have the recovery discs from a 5 year old Dell. I loaded the Dell Windows XP on my 3000; it's working ok; but I'm afraid to load the Dell drivers because the Lenovo hardware is different. What do I do? Can I get discs with the software and drivers for my system?

I'm a bit bewildered as to how you posted your request without internet access.  I don't have broadband so when I need to download large files I go to my local library and use my USB key to save them.
